The company was started in Roseburg Oregon in March of 1982. Since then we have expanded our loan services to all of Oregon and have changed our name from Umpqua Mortgage to Oregon Land Mortgage.

The staff at Oregon Land Mortgage is committed to providing mortgage equity loans to all Oregonians, even those with poor credit or those with properties and or circumstances that don't fit conventional guidelines.
